PALINDROMIA OF ORPHEUS


The directorial work of Alexey Kruglov is a part of Boris Yukhananov’s new-process project « Orphic Games. Punk-Macramé with the participants of the «Studio of Individual Directing» at the Stanislavsky Electrotheatre (Moscow). The work is built on the palindromes by Alexey Kruglov, which describe scenes from the plays of Jean Anouil «Euredica» and Jean Cocteau «Orpheus».

The festival, dedicated to the 40th anniversary of Alexey Kruglov, was held at the Trane Zen Art Avant-Garde Jazz Laboratory in Moscow.

& COMBINATORIAL IMPROV


Two projects by the «Krugly Band» at the National Centre for Contemporary Art in Moscow. The first performance based on the novel by Ivan Turgenev «Fathers and Children» and the second project represents the combinatorial poetry by Alexey Kruglov.
